Admissions are open to stds I to XII.

Admission for VI to IX are usually made in the month of the March/April on the basis of performance of the candidates in the entrance tests in English,Maths and second language.Admission to Std XI are in the month of June.

Students selected for admission into any class are to hand over their T.C, Birth Certificate, Community Certificate, Mark sheet of previous school along with the prescribed fee and 3copies of passport size photo

 Foreign students seeking admission should produce the following documents at the time of admission.

Passport.
Student's Visa.
T.C.counter signed by the Education Department of Their country.
Evaluation certificate by the Inspector of Matriculation Schools,Trichy.

Registration certificate from the Supt of Police,Trichy.

 Students from other states also should get evaluation certificates from the Inspector of Matriculation Schools.

Uniform
Each pupil is expected to possess atleast two sets of uniforms.It is compulsory for the pupils to wear clean uniform while attending school.Parents are requested to ensure that their chlidren come to school neatly dressed and in full uniform.
 

Withdrawals:
Application for transfer certificate should be made in writing by the Parent/Guardian.Transfer Certificate shall not be issued unless all outstanding dues to the school are paid.
Application for TC must be submitted before 20th of April.If application for TC is submitted after 20th of April,It will be issued only after the payment of first term fees.
In cases where the parent gets transferred,issue of TC will be favourably considered provided a copy of the transfer order is submitted.
TC will be issued on the 5th day from the date application.No TC will be issued before the promotion results are announced.If Parents/Guardians have the desire of withdrawing their chldren theyshould give the intimation notice atleast a month prior to the proposed date of withdrawal addressed to the Principal.If it is to be done during the middle of the year,the fee due upto the end of the year must be remitted.

From Monday to Friday except Wednesday.
