Students shall have their study hours from 6.20 a.m. to 7.20 a.m.,from 6.45 p.m. to 8.15 p.m. and from 8.45 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. (Senior boys only) students of stds from I to XII however,should retire to bed after 10.00 p.m.

Parents/Guardians may normally visit their childern / wards in the Hostel on the Second Saturdays of every month between 9.00 a.m. & 6.00 p.m.
Parents / Guardians will not be allowed to visit the students on any other day.
No visitor will be allowed to enter any Dormitory without the permission of the Principal / Warden.
Parents / Guardians can meet the Warden on the second Saturday.

Leave Rules

Students are allowed to attend the marriage of their own Brothers and sisters only.
Students whose parents go on Hajj Pilgrimage are allowed to see them off and to receive them on their return.
Students are permitted to go home if they are Serious ill.
In an emergency like serious illness or death of a close relative students are permitted to go home.

Illness of the Students

If any student falls ill, he should report to the concerned warden for treatment,with the permission of the warden.In case of any Serious illness,intimation will be sent to the parents immediately.

Hair Cut

Manner desired by the warden. Growing of long hair is taboo.

Telephone

All boys are permitted to contact the Parents / Guardian over phone on every sundays between 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. in an emergency the Parents / Guardians can contact the hostel over phone and convey the message to warden.Hostel Phone No.2340315.

Dining Hall

Students should adhere to the mess timings and table Manners strictly.
Students should consume only the food supplied to them. Any problem with the food supplied shall be informed to the Residential Tutor concerned who in turn shall take the Mess Supervisor / Warden.
Students,on any account are not permitted either to carry food stuffs out from the dinning hall or bring in food stuffs from outside.
Students,on any account are not permitted to enter the kitchen or store-room.
Students are not permitted to entertain guests.
